FORECLOSURE PROGRAM

In its continuing effort to support and enhance areas in San Antonio with emerging economies, SAAHC, in conjunction with the City of San Antonio, Bexar County, and HUD (through the NSP program), is purchasing homes, rehabbing them, and then selling them to area homebuyers.

•City of San Antonio, homes that were purchased in the City’s target areas.

•Bexar County, homes located in unincorporated areas of San Antonio but within Bexar County.

This program is a little different than our First Time Homebuyer Program in that individuals in this program can have up to 120% of the Area Median Income (AMI).

There is down payment assistance and grants to help with closing costs.
